Returns/Exchange Policy 


Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for solid gold products and custom products, as each piece is specifically made to order. Once production has begun on any solid gold products or custom products, cancellations are not possible. We also do not accept returns for Earrings and Grillz due to hygiene reasons. Sale Items, and Gifts are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

In addition to the existing policies, please note that any orders labeled as "Made-To-Order" are non-returnable and non-cancelable. These products are specifically created according to your preferences and cannot be returned or canceled once production has commenced.

For items eligible for returns or exchanges, please initiate the process within 7 days of receiving your order of unused product. This timeframe allows us to efficiently process your request and ensure a smooth return or exchange experience.

Please be aware that shipping fees paid on returned items are non-refundable. If you would like to initiate an exchange or return for any item(s), please reach out to our customer support team via email at Team@eliteshineenterprise.com. They will be happy to assist you further in this process.
